Involvement
We activate members through committees and working groups with clear objectives. We offer scope for talent within member companies to contribute actively. We are building a culture of participation and shared ownership, and within the DMC alliance, we treat each other ethically and members do not disadvantage one another.
Visibility
We are increasing our recognition and profile: who we are and what we do, and we are striving for a permanent place in consultation structures and policy-making.
Value creation
We are improving our digital infrastructure, including our website and social media. We organise three substantive meetings annually for our members. We encourage collaboration with suppliers via a renewed member portal and offer exclusive member deals from suppliers through this portal. We create value through joint purchasing from suppliers, which generates economies of scale and strengthens our negotiating position.
